The Xara King Size Bed in Natural Ash is a considered bedroom centrepiece, a well-proportioned king bed frame in natural ash with a clean-lined design that works across contemporary, coastal and Scandi-inspired bedrooms. The wide flat ash headboard, with its softly rounded corners, adds warmth and grain without heaviness.
Part of the Xara collection, it coordinates with the Xara Bedside Tables, Tray Table and Under Bed Storage for a bedroom that feels cohesive from the floor up.

Materials and finishes
Materials: Wood
Finish: Natural ash with a clear protective topcoat
Frame: Solid ash timber with natural ash veneer
Built from solid ash timber and natural ash veneer, both finished in natural ash with a clear protective topcoat. Solid ash is used through the structure, and ash veneer across the wide flat panels, where a single piece of solid timber that width would be prone to cupping and splitting as humidity changes. Grain and tone are matched across both, so the bed reads as one timber throughout.
The headboard takes an optional removable cushion insert, so it can be used as a hard timber headboard or a padded pillow-back. The cushion insert is coming soon.
Care and warranty
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up spills immediately to prevent water marks forming on the natural ash surface. For general cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth then dry thoroughly; never leave moisture sitting on the timber.
Avoid placing in direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as UV exposure can gradually fade and dry natural timber. Use coasters and felt pads beneath objects to protect the surface from scratches and heat marks.

A beautiful piece of furniture. Loved it from the minute it was placed in the room. Colours in the timber work perfectly with my timber floors. Love the rounded edges and the unique legs. A good quality unit. Also, the best personalised customer service I’ve ever experienced. James responded to my questions immediately and organised for us to meet at their storage unit so I could get a better idea of the colour of the timber. It was personally delivered by James the day after ordering. They even assembled it and took the packaging away! I highly recommend this company!

Stunning black leather minimalist armchair
Stunning black leather armchair. It’s minimal lines, perfect quality leather and quite easy to move around. Excellent for a small space although it’s quite wide. Loved it so much I bought a second one and they look good together. Amazing value for such a high quality chair. I bought the second one (sale price) because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Adam so good to deal with.

Couldn’t be happier with the buying experience!
I bought the Kiama entertainment unit and coffee table in December. Seek & Ramble were more than happy to hold the delivery over Christmas until I could take it. Although despatched together, the entertainment unit was delivered first and the coffee table a few days later. On flagging this to Seek & Ramble, Adam promptly called to reassure me he would monitor it but all should be ok. And it was.
The pieces are gorgeous and of superb quality. There is very little assembly (just the legs which is easy) and they look fabulous in the space.

My Kiama buffet was delivered earlier than I expected (when does that ever happen?) by Adam and James. They cheerfully offered to set the buffet up and were careful to remove all the packaging.
