What’s Covered?

Our 2-year manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes structural integrity issues or faults that arise due to a manufacturing defect.

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear from normal use

• Fading, fabric pilling, or natural variations in materials (these are considered part of normal wear and tear, not defects)

• Damage from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or modifications

• Commercial or outdoor use

Warranty Claims

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defect

We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
