All transactions are processed securely using trusted third-party payment providers.
Payment Terms - Standard Orders
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all in-stock items.
Your order will not be shipped until full payment is received and confirmed.
Extended Pre-Order Items - 50% Deposit Option
For extended pre-order items, you may choose to pay a 50% deposit at the time of order.
This deposit secures your item and ensures it's placed into our production queue.
The remaining 50% balance is required prior to dispatch.
You will receive an invoice outlining:
- The total order amount
- Deposit paid
- Balance owing
We will contact you directly when your item is ready for delivery to finalise payment and arrange shipping.
Invoices & Payment Records
An official invoice will be emailed to you for every order, detailing:
- The products ordered
- Total order value
- Amounts paid
- Any outstanding balance
