Framed canvas prints are securely packed with corner protection and protective plastic to ensure safe delivery.

Hang your framed print away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the artwork over time. Dust the frame periodically with a soft, dry cloth or microfibre duster.

If the glass requires cleaning, apply a small amount of glass cleaner to a damp cloth and wipe gently; avoid spraying directly onto the glass, as moisture can seep beneath the frame and damage the print.

Created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. This frame has a square profile measuring 20mm (front face) by 23mm (depth from wall).

All framed prints feature our premium fine art paper. This museum-quality paper reproduces photography and artworks with exceptional tonality and renders sharp details with consistent flatness and accuracy.

For the matted / mounted prints we use a thick 1.4mm window mount cut from premium, textured mount board. All mounts are "conservation grade", FSC certified, 100% acid-free, and will not discolour or fade with age.

What is a Giclée print?

The word “Giclée” is French for “sprayed ink.” Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process that creates the highest quality fine art reproductions.

All of our in-house prints are manufactured in this way. Except for stickers and apparel which are produced using eco-solvent inks. Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original fine art or photographic images.

How long do your Giclée prints last?

A lot of research and development has gone into the various aspects and materials that make up a Giclée print.

The archival nature of the print varies according to the type of inks used, as well as the archival properties of your chosen paper selected and the conditions in which the print is displayed or stored. Current scientific lab reports suggested that our recommended papers and Giclée printing process will produce a print that lasts between 100-200 years in optimal conditions.

Please note any print located in direct sunlight is still likely to fade over time

For sure! We have selected the sizes that we feel best suit the print however we can accommodate most other sizes. Borders can be adjusted to be smaller, larger or without and all framed prints can be supplied as a print only on request (if not part of the product selection already) - Get in touch below!

Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order? 

You sure do! We will advise your order number and tracking info once your order is placed. You’ll get a link for email and text shipping and delivery updates.

Once I have placed my order, can iI change it or edit the shipping details?

No, once the order flows through to the printer your delivery address will be set as per your order. If the item is unable to be delivered it will be returned back to the printer. A second delivery fee will be incurred to have this shipped.
