We ship all furniture in Australia from our Villawood Warehouse.
All furniture in the USA is shipped from our Chicago warehouse.
At Seek & Ramble, our goal is to provide quick and easy shipping at an affordable price. All our products are packaged for transit and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers. We have partnered with all the reputable couriers you know to ensure you receive your order, safely and on time. This may result in your order having multiple shipments from separate delivery partners. Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas.
We use Flat Shipping rates to make shopping easier.

Before you order, it's important to double-check that your item will fit in its packaging through all doorways, staircases, and elevators. We provide product dimensions as well as carton/box size on our site so take a look before placing an order – otherwise, unexpected delivery charges may apply!

TYPES OF DELIVERY
By default, we provide Basic Shipping.
Basic Shipping
Get ready for your order to arrive! Depending on the delivery location, it will be delivered by the courier without any unpacking or assembly. When it’s time to ship, we'll send you a notification with tracking details so that you can follow along and know when it's almost here.
It will only go as far as the ground floor—so if an elevator or staircase is involved in access, they won't come up but leave the package at the entrance instead. In case no one is available to sign the receipt of goods upon arrival, they’ll drop off a card outlining alternative arrangements.
Note: The delivery person will not bring the items into your home. Unboxing, assembly, and rubbish removal are also not part of the service.
We can organise other delivery options as requested. These may incur other charges. Feel free to contact us for more info.
RECEIVING ITEMS
We take the utmost care when delivering your order - please inspect it carefully upon arrival and report any damage or faults within 2 business days. To ensure a replacement, repair, or full refund of an item due to defectiveness, Seek & Ramble reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether such is needed after considering necessary factors. If you do encounter these issues with items from us just shoot us some photos and we promise, we'll respond within 48hrs!
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
‘Estimated Delivery’ lead times shown on each product page indicate the estimated date range you can expect the item to arrive at your delivery location.
Dispatch of your furniture order will be next business day (Wall Art – 2-3 Days as these items are made to order)
This lead time includes time taken for stock movement from manufacturing locations to our warehouse (this includes factors such as whether an item is made-to-order), and last-mile delivery to your door.
Please note that lead time dates are an estimate and may be subject to potential unforeseen delays if any.
SCHEDULING AND TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS
Stay up to date on your shipment's journey until it reaches you! We'll email you once it leaves our warehouse and provide the tracking information from Australia Post or Startrack. If you have requested another service or carrier, they will contact you directly with a delivery time frame so that everything arrives safely at your door.
DELAYED SHIPMENT / DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
At Seek & Ramble, we understand that events outside of our control can lead to unforeseen delays in shipment. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule your delivery according to the availability of time slots but unfortunately cannot guarantee any specific times. Any loss or expense incurred as a result will not be accepted by us. Seek & Ramble shall not be liable for any consequences, or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment/delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Seek & Ramble or to any comparison.
REDELIVERY FEE
Need to make a change to your delivery date? You'll need to let us know at least 3 business days before it's due – otherwise, you might have an extra fee coming your way!
UNABLE TO ACCESS REQUIRED AREAS
If you're looking to add something large and heavy to your house, make sure that it'll fit into the space first! Check out product dimensions on our website before you order so there won't be any surprises - like extra charges for failed delivery because of size issues.
MISSED DELIVERIES
We want to make sure your package reaches you safely, on time and in the right place! We'll send a notification or our delivery partner may contact you - that’s when it's time to double-check your address. Be there during the allocated slot or let us know if something comes up so we can reschedule ahead of time with no extra charge. No-shows are sent back to base camp for restocking; however, re-delivery will cost you an additional fee!
SIGNING OF PROOF OF DELIVERY RECEIPT (POD)
Before signing your Point of Delivery (POD), make sure to check all the details! Confirm that it's actually intended for you, that everything in the order was delivered and most importantly, ensure there is no damage. Otherwise, Seek & Ramble won't be able to authorise any claims afterwards - so do a thorough inspection first!
Checklist:
- Before signing off on delivery, be sure to inspect each carton for any visible signs of damage.
- Confirm the items you received match up with what's listed in your order and POD - so that can you ensure everything is as it should be!
- In the case of serious damage to a carton – or if the property has been damaged by delivery – make sure to take pictures right away then mark further details onto your POD: photos will help document exactly what happened from start to finish!
After you’ve gone through your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may obtain the driver’s signature or initials next to your notes about the damaged items on the POD.
*Please do not dispose cartons until the issue is resolved.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Get your items delivered right to the doorstep! Our delivery partners won’t be able to drop off at PO boxes or Parcel Lockers, but they will make sure that all of our bulky wares reach you in perfect condition - and with a signature confirmation too.

Prints are dispatched approx. 2 business days. Shipping ETA is approx. 7 days.
Our printing supplier uses trusted delivery partners but sometimes things can go wrong especially when these items are travelling all over the world. If you are experiencing delays please let us know so we can track down your order and give the delivery company a bit of a move on!
Do you ship internationally? And if so, which items?
Do I receive a tracking number # once I place an order?
You sure do! We will advise your order number and tracking info once your order is placed. You’ll get a link for email and text shipping and delivery updates.
Once I have placed my order, can i change it or edit the shipping details?
No, once the order flows through to the printer your delivery address will be set as per your order. If the item is unable to be delivered it will be returned back to the printer. A second be delivery fee will be incurred to have this shipped.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
At Seek & Ramble, we want each product you purchase to be exactly what you need. That's why we design them with extra care - so that they make your life a little better! But if things don't go as planned or the item isn't quite right for you, then no worries at all: We've got an easy-to-follow returns policy just in case.
Our Return Policy adheres to the Australia’s Consumer Laws which ensures we do the right thing, and you are provided nothing less than total satisfaction on any of our products! Now that sounds pretty great, doesn’t it?
The Return
Need to return a purchase? Not to worry - returns are easy! Contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll get the process rolling. Just keep in mind that there may be conditions for eligibility, so better check them before you contact us to ship your goods back. Note - shipping charges apply to returned items even if the item was shipping with free shipping.
In As new condition
If you’re thinking of returning a product, make sure it's in top condition! We don't accept any items that have scratches, stains, or damages - so if your item is looking worse for wear then unfortunately it won't be eligible for refund. And even when an item does pass the test on looks alone, we'll still reserve our right to not provide a return if there's evidence of misuse or inadequate care has been taken.
Contact us and provide images so we can determine the item qualifies for a refund.
Note: As new conditions means the item is unused and can be repackaged as new. This includes a damage free box.
- Restocking fees.
We won’t charge a restocking fee if the item has been approved to return based on As New Condition. If for some reason the item is not in As New Condition, we may still approve a return and refund. This is solely at Seek & Rambles discretion and will attract a 25% restocking fee charged per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your Tax Invoice; this fee is deducted from your refund.
- Please return the items in the original packaging,
Before sending us your return items, make sure you pack them safely and securely using the original packaging. If that's not possible, use whatever materials are around to protect it from damage during transit - just know the 25% repackaging fee will be charged if items are returned not in As New Condition.
The Refund
Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee charged per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your tax invoice; this fee is deducted from your refund.
When returning items, remember to add the item back into its original packaging - otherwise you could be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and service fees are also non-refundable as this service has been provided regardless of change of mind.
We want to make returning your items as fast and easy as possible – that's why we'll start processing refunds within 2 business days on collection of all items. Any refund amount will be returned via the original payment method and to the name of the account in the same name who made the original sale order. It's all part of making sure things are kept safe and sound.
In the event this is not possible funds will be processed into a valid Bank Account. Please note that we will only remit refunds to an Australian bank account and where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information
2- ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Worried about changing or cancelling your order? No problem. Just contact us before your items ship and you won't face additional charges. But don’t wait too long - once it's dispatched, any changes could incur extra charges including another shipping fee. If the order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellation of Orders with Discount Voucher
If you cancel any item(s) in your order that had a discount voucher or coupon applied, the refund will be based on what you actually paid after taking into consideration each line item’s value. The amount of discount for each item will vary depending upon its purchase price compared to other products ordered and the total value of discounts given through vouchers/coupons.
When you cancel items from your order, the full amount of a discount voucher won't be refunded or re-allocated to what remains in the revised purchase. But don’t worry – whatever discounts were originally applied will stay in effect for all remaining item(s).
Discount codes and vouchers are single-use only. They cannot be transferred or reused in any manner.
3- PRICES, PAYMENT AND GST
All prices listed on our website or store are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, and PayPal.
4- PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTIONS/CORRECTIONS
Seek & Ramble reserves the right to change prices for products displayed online at any time. Prices displayed at Seek & Ramble can change without warning; however, we promise to correct any errors as soon as they happen. Shop away with confidence!
If you ordered or received your product within the last week and noticed our prices have dropped, shoot us an email at info@seekandramble.com - we'll be more than happy to give you a store credit for the difference! Let's make sure that bargain hunting always pays off.
Cash refunds are not possible under this policy. If you choose to cancel your order to re-order a different product, a new order means a new allocation which may push back your delivery date
5- ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION
When placing an order with us, you must possess a valid credit or debit card and register for an account on the website. Follow the given instructions to complete your order - Seek & Ramble reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and may require additional information prior to accepting or processing it. We'll send an email confirmation once we've received your order but please note that this doesn't signify acceptance of the order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Irrespective of any previous price, you'll be made aware of charges including GST and delivery fees once you select a product. Payment must be made in full before we can accept your order, and all details provided should be correct. Seek & Ramble may also conduct verification checks before providing you with the product.
Finally, when submitting an order via our website, it's subject to these terms and conditions at the date it's submitted - so please review them each time before completing the process.

What if the quality of the image is not what i expected?
We want you to be happy with your product. If something is wrong please contact us so we can replace or organise a refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
What if my i miss my delivery or the wrong address has been added?
If the item is unable to be delivered it will be returned back to the printer. A second delivery fee will be incurred to have the item shipped again. If you decide to cancel the item after a delivery has been attempted a refund will not be provided.

At Seek & Ramble, we stand by the quality of our furniture. We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.
What’s Covered?
Our 2-year manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes structural integrity issues or faults that arise due to a manufacturing defect.
What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
• General wear and tear from normal use
• Fading, fabric pilling, or natural variations in materials (these are considered part of normal wear and tear, not defects)
• Damage from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or modifications
• Commercial or outdoor use

This Yucca Plant Botanical Black & White Framed Print has elevated my dining room styling to the next level. It is simply stunning and so elegant. I was excited when I found it on the Seek and Ramble website as it's the perfect print to connect my dining room to my back yard where I have several yucca plants growing.
The quality of the print and frame is excellent, and the framed print arrived ready to hang. The hanging wire is strong and it was extremely easy to hang this print.
The print arrived promptly and was extremely securely packaged in bubble wrap and cardboard.

I'm so happy to have found the missing piece to complete my bar cart area decor, the Seek and Ramble Banana Leaf Framed Print.
This print is absolutely beautiful and brings relaxing tropical holiday vibes to my bar cart space, reminding me of my recent Far North Queensland holiday. It has already received numerous compliments from my friends.
The printing and framing quality is excellent, and the print is ready to hang on arrival with its sturdy hanging wire already attached.
I chose the natural timber frame to match my flooring. White and black frames were also available.
Special mention re the packaging. I was impressed with how securely the print was packaged in bubble wrap with each corner of the print being further protected with cardboard around the corners and then packaged in an outer cardboard box. There was no way this framed print was ever going to be damaged in transit.
I highly recommend Seek and Ramble art prints and would happily order from them again.
