Who are Seek & Ramble?
Seek & Ramble is a Sydney-based furniture and lifestyle brand creating design-led pieces for contemporary Australian living.
Each collection is guided by timeless materials, natural textures, and thoughtful craftsmanship — designed to live beautifully in real homes.
Do you have a showroom?
Our studio and warehouse is in Somersby, on the Central Coast about an hour north of Sydney. Come and see pieces up close and talk through your space. Book a time with us at the studio in person, or by video call, 6 days a week.
Where do you ship?
Furniture ships Australia-wide from our warehouse in Somersby on the Central Coast, NSW. Wall art and prints also ship Australia-wide.
Do you customise?
We may be able to make small changes, otherwise, most of our range is as shown. We're happy to answer any questions you may have so get in contact via the online form below. We can customise all wall art.
What is the warranty?
We offer a 2 year manufacturers warranty on all products and support the ACCC consumer guarantee.
Can i pick up my order?
Yes. Free Sydney pick up is available from our Central Coast warehouse in Somersby. Choose pickup at checkout and wait for our ready-to-collect email before coming in.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 2–7 business days from our Somersby warehouse on the Central Coast.
For pre-order items, expected dispatch dates are listed on each product page. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your Seek & Ramble purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zippay, and Afterpay.
Trade customers may also arrange invoiced payments on approval.
Do you offer trade pricing for designers or stylists?
Yes — our Trade Program is open to interior designers, property stylists, and industry professionals across Australia.

How should I care for my Seek & Ramble furniture?
Each product page includes care recommendations, but as a guide:
- Dust timber with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.
- Use coasters and avoid prolonged moisture exposure.
- Outdoor pieces: rinse occasionally with fresh water and cover when not in use to extend life.
